The room here was clean and had a really nice design. It was cozy and tidy, which was great especially when traveling with young kids. Everything was excellent 👌.

The total stay was awesome for a leisure or relax vacation. Got fairly quiet and beautiful room in tower 1 when arrived, appreciated that. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants. Had lunch/dinner at Gnawa Resturant, which I found a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The room is clean and cozy, perfect for families with young kids, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Lots of dining options with decent food available.

The layout of the hotel could be improved.

The location of the hotel can be quite confusing due to the maze-like tower, but once you find your way, the lazy river spa and pools are a great way to relax. the rooms are clean and well-kept with nice balconies and views of the surrounding area. the gym and other facilities are also a plus.

The elevator situation can be frustrating, with long wait times and potential delays due to maintenance issues.

We had a great city trip in this serviced apartment! The 2-bedroom suite had a beautiful ID and was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The facilities were amazing, especially the Swedish garden, floating garden, and river spa pool – the kids loved it! The security and privacy of the place was also impressive. Plus, the location was so convenient for exploring the city.

There were some minor issues we encountered during our stay. The lift was a bit hard to find and there was often a long queue for it, which wasted our time.

The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the pools, lazy river, Swedish garden, and floating garden which were all great places to hang out and take photos. The front staff was helpful, and the hotel had plenty of attractions to keep me entertained. Additionally, the location was convenient for exploring the KLCC and Swedish Garden areas, as well as easy transportation to other destinations.

The location, although surrounded by construction areas with no nearby shops or restaurants, is conveniently situated in the KLCC area, between three towers.
